Port Noblessner

Case studies

Port Noblessner, Estonia

Once a large submarine factory and seaplane harbour, Port Noblessner has been transformed into a bustling residential seafront quarter with restaurants, bars and offices.

For these nautically themed apartment buildings KOKO Architects specified our Gotland Grey-Beige Limestone for much of the exterior facade due to the stone’s natural colour tones and also its ability to withstand the repeated freeze thaw cycles typical of winters in the Baltic region.
