Once a large submarine factory and seaplane harbour, Port Noblessner has been turned into a bustling residential seafront quarter with many restaurants and businesses.

Baltic Grey limestone with sawn surface finish was used as façade tiles on several apartment buildings and for the entrance area detailing of many commercial business premises.
